Gerald Dillard is an Automotive Champion and Professional Trainer that offers a personalized assessments and customized training to remedy your specific automotive challenges. With my experience, I will train, coach and hard-wire a proven operational efficiencie with a focus on profitability and optimized return on investment. I created "GKD GLOBAL" after many years of watching 75% of the Dealerships are poorly operating and needs help. I’m interested in a partnership for life, where we will build a solid foundation that will hold all processes in place no matter the storm! I can only support a limited nomber of store, so when full you will be put on a waiting list.

 

 Founder of "GKD GLOBAL",  I have over 30 plus years of automotive dealership experience. I have a PASSION for not only taking poor performing Dealerships to the next level but also supporting any Dealership that just need tune ups! By performing a root cause analysis on the businesses, the process starts with stripping away the challenges and barriers to reveal the core issues. Creating solid processes that will stand the test of time. All areas are reviewed in depth to allow me to understand the opportunities at a high level. Having an extensive background coupled with many successful years of training allows me to help you make ROI. With my training at the Dealer Academy of Sonic Automotive University propelled me into becoming well versed on these skill sets (given the nickname of “The Fixer”). This allowed him to stay in the TOP 10 of High Level Performing Fixed Operation for Sonic Automotive. To top it off by participating in the NCM Associates GM Dealer Academy sealed my success as well in working with some of the largest Automotive groups - Sonic, AMSI, Lithia, Asbury and more. I've helped many increased grosses of 205k to 477k in just 10 months, taken CSI to Green - not hit in 6 years and another never hitting - Presidental Award status for the first time in 18 years and more...

 Gerald offers 24/7 access, in-person, remote training and meetings. Onsite in person training, one on one personlize training and more. I also offer remote training for manager, service advisor and staff. This can allow the dealership and service advisor to receive the extreme training in a condensed amount of time and save the dealership on money on travel and training expenses. Gerald will customize the amount of time you need for training.  It's that easy! All Remote Training is typically offered in short hourly sessions which keep staff onsite and still able to focus on daily duties with minimal disruption.

Once the assessment is complete, we'll collaboratively create a plan that is razor focused on the specific challenges in your automotive team. Gerald brings years of proven automotive expertise in team building and training at every level.  

The training is designed to train managers, staff and advisors how to make smarter decisions and utilize existing proven technology. This starts with the customer and advisor performing the initial walk around process. Gerald has proven strategic techniques that will ensure reproducibility to sell and maximize profitability.
